You can apply for term life insurance that provides pure protection at very affordable group rates, as shown on the following page. You may select coverage in increments of $25,000 up to a maximum of $500,000. Your spouse can apply for an amount equal to or less than your coverage. Your children are eligible for a level $5,000 of term life insurance.
